SQL-routed, endpoint-based Global Database read/write splitting plugin (gdbAutoSimpleReadWriteSplitting): combines SQL-driven routing (at statement-creation time) with configured write/read endpoints and the Global Database region rules / Global Write Forwarding. Requires the sqlParser plugin to be ordered before it.
