Services provided by the server that can be used by plugins are all under this package.
Plugin's Configuration implementations may declare methods whose return
type is one of the service interfaces in this package in order to obtain a configured instance of such service
at runtime.
The configuration of the service used by the plugin will be embedded in the plugin configuration, as necessary, to ensure that plugins are always using a valid configuration state.
