A ScopeClaim is a claim that can be authorized, and that is expanded from a Scope.

An example of how Scope and ScopeClaim relate, is OpenId Connect's 'profile' scope. This scope expands to the ScopeClaims 'name', 'family_name', etc. (a total of 14).
