Type Parameters:

T - Generic type parameter

Parameters:

dbFile - T object in Java to use to open the file. It must be either a File or URL object.

applyXInclude - Boolean indicating if the file should be opened with XInclude processing enabled.

validateOnLoad - Boolean indicating if the file should be validated against schema on load.

readOnly - Boolean indicating if the file should be opened in read-only state for performance.

Returns:

indicating if the stream opened on a found file.
