A simple implementation of IWindow.

Assumes that the header and footer are simple strings that can be retrieved from some model (e.g. a ResourceModel).

Implement IYuiWindow directly for more advanced options.

Parameters:

titleKey - resource key for the title

Ctor.

Parameters:

titleModel - model for the title or null for no title

footerModel - model for the footer or null for no footer
