flushStoresAndStreamStoreFiles

Trigger store flush (checkpoint) and write store files to the given StoreWriter.

Parameters:

triggerName - name of the component asks for store files.

writer - store writer to write files to.

includeLogs - true if transaction logs should be copied, false otherwise.

Returns:

a RequestContext specifying at which point the store copy started.
