public DERPrintableString(String string, boolean validate)
string - the base string to wrap.validate - whether or not to check the string.IllegalArgumentException - if validate is true and the string
contains characters that should not be in a PrintableString.public static DERPrintableString getInstance(Object obj)
obj - a DERPrintableString or an object that can be converted into one.IllegalArgumentException - if the object cannot be converted.public static DERPrintableString getInstance(ASN1TaggedObject obj, boolean explicit)
obj - the tagged object holding the object we wantexplicit - true if the object is meant to be explicitly

getString in interface ASN1Stringpublic byte[] getOctets()
public int hashCode()
ObjectObject.equals(java.lang.Object) returns true must return
the same hash code value. This means that subclasses of Object
usually override both methods or neither method.
Note that hash values must not change over time unless information used in equals comparisons also changes.
See Writing a correct
hashCode method
if you intend implementing your own hashCode method.
