           throws org.mule.runtime.api.connection.ConnectionException

Parameters:

configuration - a HttpServerConfiguration specifying the desired server.

Returns:

a newly built HttpServer based on the configuration.

Throws:

org.mule.runtime.api.connection.ConnectionException - if the server cannot be created based on the configuration.
