DeployableMuleXmlContextListener	This ServletContextListener should be used instead of MuleXmlBuilderContextListener when the webapp is contributing a configuration to an existing Mule instance configured and started at the server level rather than embedding a Mule instance in the webapp itself.
MuleXmlBuilderContextListener	MuleXmlBuilderContextListener is a bootstrap listener used to construct a MuleContext instance.
MuleXmlBuilderContextServlet
WebappMuleXmlConfigurationBuilder	WebappMuleXmlConfigurationBuilder will first try and load config resources using the ServletContext and if this fails then it will attempt to load config resource from the classpath.
