Annotates a method that fetches the next opcode. The annotated method must be side-effect free, must not throw for valid interpreter state, and share the same signature with HostCompilerDirectives.BytecodeInterpreterHandler-annotated methods in the same enclosing class. It will be inlined into Truffle interpreter bytecode handler stubs to enable tail call threading.
