Like ArrayIteratorPrototypeBuiltins.ArrayIteratorGetLengthNode, but designed to avoid observable side effects. Only handles JS arrays, typed arrays, and foreign arrays (assumes getArraySize to well-behaved). Returns -1L for other object types or if getting the length would throw an error.
