Parameters:

_configCtx - Current Config context

refs - Application ref(s) from cluster or stand alone instance

target - Name of the cluster or stand alone instance

Returns:

WebModuleReader[] Array of the corresponding web module reader(s).

Throws:

LbReaderException - In case of any error(s).
