responseFrom - server to handle.

from - who is notifying.

remoteTransportRevision - encoded (major, minor) revision.

timestamp - time when beacon was received.

guid - server GUID.

sequentalID - sequential ID (unsigned short).

changeCount - change count (unsigned short).

data - server status data, can be null.
