This section describes the list of items that the user must include in a bug report.

  • Base description of the problem and steps to reproduce it.

  • Workspace configuration.
    Copy this information from the Config tab in the Che dashboard. Contains details of the plug-ins that are used in the workspace.

  • Logs of the theia-ide and plug-in containers.

  • The platform that Che is running on (example: minikube, minishift, openshift) and the platform version.

  • Web browser console logs.

  • If the steps to reproduce the issue are difficult to implement, a video is helpful, too.
