Schedulable action interface, used by Scheduler implementation.

A schedulable action must be rescheduled if a RecoverableError is raised.

Execute the action

Throws:

InterruptedException - if the action thread is interrupted

RecoverableError - if the error is recoverable, so that the action can be rescheduled
