TTSRegistry.getServices() List all available TTS services, including the disabled ones (in which case newEngine(java.util.Map<java.lang.String, java.lang.String>) will throw a TTSService.ServiceDisabledException), and the services that may not allocate a working TTSEngine for other reasons (because of missing configuration, because the list of available voices can not be retrieved, because the engine failed a test, etc.).
