BufferCacheImpl

Constructs a buffer cache using configuration settings.

Parameters:

cfg - the configuration to use for buffer cache settings

Constructs a buffer cache with specified parameters.

Parameters:

maxBuffers - the maximum number of buffers to cache

maxSize - the size of each buffer in bytes
