Method	Description
org.apache.tika.ml.chardetect.StructuralEncodingRules.checkIso2022Jp(byte[])	Use StructuralEncodingRules.detectIso2022(byte[]) which distinguishes JP/KR/CN.
org.apache.tika.ml.chardetect.Utf16SpecialistEncodingDetector.scoreBytes(byte[])	use Utf16SpecialistEncodingDetector.score(byte[]). Kept for existing tests.
