    Returns the Name for the given JCR name String.
    
    Parameters:
    
    name - A JCR name String.
    
    Returns:
    
    A Name object.
    
    Throws:
    
    IllegalNameException - if the JCR name format is invalid
    
    NamespaceException - if the namespace prefix can not be resolved
  - getJCRName
