public class FlattenConcatRule extends org.apache.calcite.plan.RelOptRule implements org.apache.calcite.rel.rules.SubstitutionRule
Flattens calls to CONCAT. Useful because otherwise [a || b || c] would get planned as [CONCAT(CONCAT(a, b), c)].
