countCombinations

Computes the Binomial coefficient.

Informally, if there are n pizza toppings then the binomial coefficient C(n, k) gives the number of ways to create a pizza that has k toppings.

Parameters:

n - N

k - R

Returns:

binomial coefficient C(n, k)
