Thrown by NexusClient / NexusServiceClient when the server returns an ALREADY_EXISTS error because a Nexus operation with the same ID is already running (or has a completed run that conflicts with the requested StartNexusOperationOptions.getIdReusePolicy() / StartNexusOperationOptions.getIdConflictPolicy()).
