Constructor	Description
io.moderne.jsonrpc.handler.HeaderDelimitedMessageHandler(MessageFormatter, InputStream, OutputStream)	The formatter is now passed to individual receive/send calls. Use the two-argument constructor instead.
io.moderne.jsonrpc.JsonRpc(MessageHandler)	Use JsonRpc(MessageHandler, MessageFormatter) instead.
