evalMatchString

public Result evalMatchString(String expression,
 String docString)

Parses and evaluates a full match-expression string (e.g. "foo contains { a: 1 }" or "$json.orders[*].category contains 'electronics'") and returns the Result. Both operands route through evalMatchExpression(java.lang.String, boolean), so a `$`-prefixed JsonPath (wildcards included) resolves identically on either side — exactly as the `match` keyword does. This is the single entry point shared by the `match` keyword (executeMatch(io.karatelabs.gherkin.Step)) and the karate.match("...") JS API, so the two never drift.

Parameters:

expression - the match expression sans the leading match keyword

docString - optional doc-string supplying the expected value (keyword path only; pass null from the JS API)
