Extended response for CommitCoordinatorClient.getCommits(io.delta.storage.commit.TableDescriptor, java.lang.Long, java.lang.Long) implementations backed by the Delta REST loadTable API. Currently, it carries additional UniformMetadata returned by the loadTable response alongside the standard commits and latest table version.
