Strategy for persisting AgentState during graceful shutdown.

Implementations are registered via GracefulShutdownManager.bindStateSaver(io.agentscope.core.agent.Agent, ShutdownStateSaver) so the shutdown manager can checkpoint agent state without depending on the legacy AgentStateStore API.
