Base class for tool execution (acting) related events.

This sealed class provides common context for all acting events:

• getToolkit() - The toolkit instance

Subclasses represent different stages of tool execution:

• PreActingEvent - Before tool execution
• PostActingEvent - After tool execution
• ActingChunkEvent - During tool streaming
