public interface Plugin

Base interface of ibello plugins. If a class implements this interface and it is registered as ibello plugin, then the ibello system will call it's initialize(PluginInitializer) method before any tests. After the tests are finished, the shutdown() method will be called.

Method Detail

initialize

void initialize(PluginInitializer initializer)
         throws PluginException

Initializes the plugin. Receives a PluginInitializer instance which has some methods to generate log lines and read configuration parameters.

Parameters:

initializer - az instance which can be used to initialize the plugin

Throws:

PluginException - if a fatal error occurs, this exception will prevent any tests to be executed

shutdown

void shutdown()
       throws PluginException

This method is called when the test execution is finished and the ibello system is shutting down.
