This interface contains methods which are useful if we want to add custom actions and failure messages to the test report.

Method Detail

recordCustomAction

void recordCustomAction(String name)

Adds a custom message to the test report. With the message, an action will be generated with the given name. The action will be successful.

Parameters:

name - the name (text) of the action

recordCustomExpectation

void recordCustomExpectation(String name)

Adds a custom expectation to the test report. With the message, an expectation will be generated with the given name. The expectation will be successful.

Parameters:

name - the name (text) of the expectation

recordCustomStep

void recordCustomStep(String stepName,
                      String text)

Adds a custom step to the test report. The step will have a single (and successful) custom action with the given text content.

Parameters:

stepName - the name of the step

text - the content of the step's action
