public class TestException
extends RuntimeException

A special exception class which can be used to mark test errors during test execution. If a test step throws this exception, the test will fail and the automatic test failure classification algorithm will mark it as test error.

TestException

Constructs a new test exception with the specified detail message and cause.

Parameters:

message - the detail message (which is saved for later retrieval by the Throwable.getMessage() method).

cause - the cause (which is saved for later retrieval by the Throwable.getCause() method). (A null value is permitted, and indicates that the cause is nonexistent or unknown.)

TestException

public TestException(String message)

Constructs a new test exception with the specified detail message.

Parameters:

message - the detail message. The detail message is saved for later retrieval by the Throwable.getMessage() method.
