Utility class for working with realm-specific endpoint templates.

This class provides methods for determining whether realm-specific endpoints are enabled for a client and for manipulating the endpoint templates that are specific to a particular realm.

Get the programmatic flag for whether realm-specific endpoints are enabled.

null means use the environment variable instead.

Returns:

status of the programmatic flag for whether realm-specific endpoints are enabled
