This enum is used to specify a priority (HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW) to all transactions in a particular connection.

The Transaction Priority feature automatically rolls back low-priority transactions that are preventing higher priority transactions from obtaining row locks.

LOW

Use LOW to mark a transaction that has low priority. Such a low priority transaction will be rolled back if it's holding a lock that is required by a higher priority transaction that has been waiting longer than its target wait time (see PRIORITY_TXNS_HIGH_WAIT_TARGET and PRIORITY_TXNS_MEDIUM_WAIT_TARGET database parameters).

MEDIUM

Transaction Priority will roll back a MEDIUM priority transaction if it is holding a row lock required by a HIGH priority transaction, and the HIGH priority transaction has been waiting for the row lock longer than the time specified by the PRIORITY_TXNS_HIGH_WAIT_TARGET parameter in the database.
