This class provides the basic configuration structure for the two stanzas in which core tracing can be specified, eg:

distributed_tracing: sampler: root: ... full_granularity: enabled: partial_granularity: enabled: type: root: ...

Stanza-specific configuration options are provided in the subclasses.
