Declares the set of expected Extension types for an ExtensionPoint within the target extension profile. The base implementation does not declare any extensions, but can be overridden by specific types of ExtensionPoints that always contain a well-defined set of extensions.

Parameters

extProfile	The ExtensionProfile to initialize.

The weight of the tag is the number of times the tag appears in the collection of tags currently being viewed. This is a server-provided context sensitive measure of how often the tag is used, and can be used to implement tag-cloud like views.
