Gets the specified message attachment.

This operation makes an HTTP GET request to the /gmail/v1/users/{userId}/messages/{messageId}/attachments/{id} endpoint

Parameters:

config - the configuration to use

connection - the connection to use

userIdUriParam - The user's email address. The special value `me` can be used to indicate the authenticated user.

messageIdUriParam - The ID of the message containing the attachment.

idUriParam - The ID of the attachment.

parameters - the NonEntityRequestParameters

overrides - the ConfigurationOverrides

streamingHelper - the StreamingHelper

callback - the operation's CompletionCallback
