Cross-worker poller for SSE event delivery. Each poller is dedicated to a single (taskId, client) pair and manages its own event index when the client is on a different worker than the original streaming session. Lifecycle: 1. Created when client resubscribes on different worker 2. Replays ALL events from Object Store (full history) 3. Polls for new events using scheduled execution 4. Stops when client disconnects or final event received
