Avoid using the deprecated PMI dynamic cache SERVLET_CACHE_GROUP field

This rule flags use of the com.ibm.websphere.pmi.stat.WSDynamicCacheStats.SERVLET_CACHE_GROUP field. This field was deprecated in Version 6.1.

This group is no longer created and references to the field can be removed from your code.
