Avoid using the deprecated Scheduler methods

This rule flags the following deprecated methods:

• com.ibm.websphere.scheduler.Scheduler.createBeanTaskInfo()
• com.ibm.websphere.scheduler.Scheduler.createMessageTaskInfo()

These methods were deprecated in WebSphere Application Server Version 5.1 and might be removed in a future release.

Both methods can be replaced with the createTaskInfo() method.
