getPriority

Returns:

THe higher the priority the earlier it is checked. Values between Integer.MIN_VALUE and Integer.MAX_VALUE are allowed.

isInitializedAndUsable

boolean isInitializedAndUsable()

Returns:

true if the file was successfully initialized and can be used as a configuration source.
