com.graphhopper.jsprit.core.algorithm.recreate.BestInsertionBuilder.considerFixedCosts(double)	This method no longer has any effect. Fixed costs are now handled via IncreasingAbsoluteFixedCosts and DecreasingRelativeFixedCosts added as soft route constraints to the ConstraintManager. See Jsprit.Builder for an example.

com.graphhopper.jsprit.core.problem.constraint.MaxDistanceConstraint(StateManager, StateId, TransportDistance, Map<Vehicle, Double>)	Use MaxDistanceConstraint(StateManager, StateId, TransportDistance, Map, VehicleRoutingProblem) instead.
