List all repositories for a given `BitbucketServerConfig`. This API is experimental. Create a request for the method "repos.list". This request holds the parameters needed by the cloudbuild server. After setting any optional parameters, call the AbstractGoogleClientRequest.execute() method to invoke the remote operation.
