 is either a
 [Drive](https://developers.google.com/drive/api/reference/rest/v3/drives)
 or a [Drive
 file](https://developers.google.com/drive/api/reference/rest/v3/files)
 that has mimeType set to `application/vnd.google-apps.folder`.
