      boolean hasIsCa()
       Optional. Refers to the "CA" boolean field in the X.509 extension.
 When this value is missing, the basic constraints extension will be
 omitted from the certificate.

      Returns:
      Whether the isCa field is set.

 will be omitted from the certificate.
