 Service for managing Sessions and Session-related resources.

  • Method Details

    • createSession

      default void createSession(CreateSessionRequest request, io.grpc.stub.StreamObserver<Session> responseObserver)
       Creates a Session.
 If the [Session][google.cloud.discoveryengine.v1alpha.Session] to create
 already exists, an ALREADY_EXISTS error is returned.

    • deleteSession

      default void deleteSession(DeleteSessionRequest request, io.grpc.stub.StreamObserver<com.google.protobuf.Empty> responseObserver)
       Deletes a Session.
 If the [Session][google.cloud.discoveryengine.v1alpha.Session] to delete
 does not exist, a NOT_FOUND error is returned.

    • updateSession

      default void updateSession(UpdateSessionRequest request, io.grpc.stub.StreamObserver<Session> responseObserver)
       Updates a Session.
 [Session][google.cloud.discoveryengine.v1alpha.Session] action type cannot
 be changed. If the [Session][google.cloud.discoveryengine.v1alpha.Session]
 to update does not exist, a NOT_FOUND error is returned.

    • getSession

      default void getSession(GetSessionRequest request, io.grpc.stub.StreamObserver<Session> responseObserver)
       Gets a Session.

    • listSessions

      default void listSessions(ListSessionsRequest request, io.grpc.stub.StreamObserver<ListSessionsResponse> responseObserver)
       Lists all Sessions by their parent
 [DataStore][google.cloud.discoveryengine.v1alpha.DataStore].

    • listFiles

      default void listFiles(ListFilesRequest request, io.grpc.stub.StreamObserver<ListFilesResponse> responseObserver)
       Lists metadata for all files in the current session.
