Usage: csv <option> ...

Options:

-in <file>          Input file. If omitted, read from std input.
-out <file>         Output file. If omitted, write to std output.
-d <c>              Delimiter char. Defaults to , (comma).
-nh                 No headers in input file.
-trim               Trim all cells
-c <column>         Optional, can be multiple. If specified at least once,
                    then the specified columns will be filtered out of the
                    original file. If the input file has headers, then the -c
                    option must be folloowed by a header. Otherwise, it must
                    be followed by a zero-based index of the column.
-u                  Only output unique lines.
-first <n>          Stop after the first <n> lines.

Example:

csv -in trades-08-07.csv -c Underlier -u
    Prints to the standard output the set of unique values found in the 
    column under the header "Underlier" in file trades-08-07.csv
