      public static final String OPTIONAL_TAG_PROPERTY_PREFIX
      System property prefix for optional tags to be enabled. The value is a comma delimited list of optional tags to be enabled.

      Usage: 

      atlassian.metrics.optional.tags.condition=url,location
      The above system property will enable `url` & `location` optional tags on the condition metric
