Example usage of this attribute mapper:

     public void retrieveAttributeIncrementally(LdapTemplate ldap, CrowdLdapName entrDn, String attributeName, AttributeValueProcessor valueProcessor)
     {
         IncrementalAttributeMapper incrementalAttributeMapper = new IncrementalAttributeMapper(attributeName, valueProcessor);

         while (incrementalAttributeMapper.hasMore())
         {
             ldap.lookup(entrDn, incrementalAttributeMapper.getAttributesArray(), incrementalAttributeMapper);
         }
     }
