Retrieve an API token used for interacting with the Marketo API.

Parameters:

config - the configuration to use to retrieve the token

Returns:

a valid Marketo API Token

Throws:

IOException - an error occurs retrieving the token

Retrieve a HttpClient for interacting with the Marketo API
