DesignMode	Implementation of the <wcmmode:design> tag, everything inside this tag will be executed when the WCMMode is DESIGN.
DisabledMode	Implementation of the <wcmmode:disabled> tag, everything inside this tag will be executed when the WCMMode is DISABLED.
