If you have installed the Aceoffix client but are still repeatedly prompted to install it, please provide the log file using the steps below:

1. Click the box below to copy the log path:
   
   C:\Windows\Temp\accsvrext-ws.log Copy path
2. Click the “Choose file” button below.
3. In the file picker, locate the “File name” input field at the bottom.
4. Paste the copied path into that field (Right-click → Paste or Ctrl+V), then press Enter.
